- To establish model industrial Training Institute/Centre as per NCVT of India norms in rural area.
- To provide high quality semi skilled/skilled workers to industries by systematic training to school leavers educated youth.
- To reduce unemployment among educated youths by equipping them with suitable skills for industrial and self employment
- To raise both quantitative and qualitative semi skilled and skilled man power required for industry, service sectors, self employment etc. by providing skills oriented training to school leavers youth in identified trades. In first phase training in Fitter and electrician trades is proposed.
- Development of entrepreneurial skill for self employment of trades’ men through banks liasioning.
- To Provide repair and maintenance services and product fabrication facilities in the mechanical and electrical fields through trainees under the scheme “Earn while Learn”
- To create a strong linkages between Industries and ITIs to produce need based quality technicians required by the industries.
- To develop infrastructure facilities for training in other trades.
